Signature Through the reappropriation of your breathing using techniques from the Yoga discipline you get a more precise expression of your sensations. Your tasting experience is optimised ; sensorial channels are opened allowing for better concentration, exploration of the senses, appreciation, and memorisation of the wine tasted. The experience becomes more fluid and personal.
Signature comes under two formats:
Pause, Breathe, Taste for privates: An invitation to Pause to open your senses, Breathe to explore your senses and Taste to memorise your tasting impressions.
Breathing, Sensing, Wining for professionals and interested audience: A complete format that includes a pedagogic content about the importance of breathing, its impact at a cognitive level and its uses as a tool for learning and sustaining long term memory. Different breathing techniques are covered. This workshop can be part of an educational tasting training program.
