WSET Trainings

… Level 1, 2 & 3

WSET courses are internationally renowned and offer certifications recognized in the wine industry. The content in each level has been designed to develop a progression of knowledge.

VINS deux MONDES® is delighted to be able to share its knowledge of the field and to offer these trainings in partnership with WineVox an accredited training organization. These courses are open to wine professionals or people interested in acquiring a wine certification. Private sessions (minimum 6 people) are possible in French or in English at the place of your enterprise.

French residents may access sponsorship through using their CPF (Personal Training Account).

WSET LEVEL 1 - Beginner

Discover wine through a hands-on approach to the wine world. You will discover the main types and styles of wine through learning to taste whilst developing the necessary skills to describe a wine, and understand it to allow among other things an understanding of food and wine pairings.

WSET LEVEL 2 - Intermediate

Aimed at beginners wishing to discover a wide range of wines from around the world, or to the Holder of Level 1 wishing to deepen their knowledge. This level identifies the main international grape varieties, the regions where they are grown, and the style of the wines they produce. This level allows you to taste with confidence, and to understand the factors influencing different styles of wines.

WSET LEVEL 3 - Advanced

A comprehensive program for a detailed approach to viticulture, winemaking offering a great diversity of the types and styles of wines of the world. This level, through its in-depth tastings allows a fine understanding of the influences on the climate, the work of the vines, as well as the winery in the styles and qualities of the wines.

PERSONALISED EXAM COACHING

The success in an exam is based on your invested time, and learning efforts… but not just that!!

After completing Level 2 successfully, things usually get tougher with Level 3 where you are required ….

  During lockdown in the UK, Martine's virtual yoga classes were a breath of fresh air. She is an incredible Yoga Instructor and individual who radiates positive, authentic, energy. She truly cares about her participants practice and ensures you make the most of your time with her.
